Returns the value for the quarter of the year for the local date.

(Optional) The time zone, in IANA format. If you do not specify a time zone, the application uses the time zone associated with the current session. |

Number between 1 and 4.

If today is Wednesday April 10, 2014 at 13:45:26 in the current time zone, this function returns 2.
$(LocalQuarter(CreatedDateTime))
Returns the quarter of the year in the current time zone when the incident was created.
$(LocalQuarter(CreatedDateTime, "Antarctica/South_Pole"))
Returns the quarter of the year in the Antarctica time zone when the incident was created.
