LocalWeek
Returns the value for the week of the year for the local date.
In Neurons for ITSM, the beginning of the week is Sunday.

If today is Wednesday April 10, 2014 at 13:45:26 in the current time zone, this function returns 15.
$(LocalWeek(CreatedDateTime))
Returns the week of the year in the current time zone when the incident was created.
$(LocalWeek(CreatedDateTime, "Antarctica/South_Pole"))
Returns the week of the year in the Antarctica time zone when the incident was created.
