Adding Rounded Corners to UI Fields
Version: 2023.4 onwards.

The following list of changes are included :

Rounded Corners / Curved Edges: All the UI controls will with rounder edges on the corners.

In the list view, the priority and ticket progress columns will reflect this change. All the toolbar buttons, child tab, browse controls task controls, etc will now have rounder corners and curved edges.

The priority, response, and resolution labels will also reflect this change. You can additionally update the business objects or the UI elements to have rounded corners, as shown below.

Enhanced Journal Entry: The existing journal control is modified with updated version Icons for journal types such as email and notes.

Customer image: In the Incident detailed view, the header forms include the customer image, priority, and highlighted customer name with the incident summary.

Spark UI theme: This is included with a new role “AdminAUSpark” which can be assigned to the required user. This includes changes where the form view is updated with highlighted cells. The selected incident in the list view is highlighted with blue background color.
The following changes are applicable for the following business objects. Incident, Service Request, Change, Task, Problem, and CI / Hardware & Software Assets
To change the form and list elements of a business object to have rounded corners on fields:
1.From the Configuration console, click Build > Business Objects.
2.Select the business object such as Incident.
3.In the Layouts tab select the Incident.Admin.Header.AUSpark layout.
4.In the View in the layout: section, select formView.
5.In the formView select Edit next to the Main Form: name.
6.Select the button at the top-right of the form.
7.Click on Control Properties and change the label expression to read $(GetGlobal("RoundedCornersStyling")).
8. Save the form.
To verify, log in to the Neurons for ITSM and navigate to an Incident record or list view to see the rounded corners.
