Configuring Favorites

You can add services and mark articles as Favorite. This helps to easily access tthe frequently used services and articles.

The Favorite feature is exclusively available for the Self Service role and doesn't apply to other roles. Furthermore, selecting the Favorites checkbox does not show any templates.

To enable this feature:

1.Log in to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM as Administrator.

2.Open the Configuration console.

3.Select Global Constants > set the SSMFavoritesEnabled option as True > Save.

You can add a service to the Favorites by tapping the Favorites icon .
