Ivanti Neurons for ITSM offers several workspaces for all IT Service Management roles and tasks such as Service Desk Analyst, Service Desk Manager, Problem Manager, Change Manager, and HR Manager, who would typically manage Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes, etc. This module explains how to use the different workspaces in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM.
