Working with correlated incidents

Role: Service Desk Analyst or any role with access to the Incident workspace.

Minimum Version: Ivanti Neurons for ITSM 2025.2.

Feature Eligibility: Available to Premium or Enterprise Premium licensed customers. To know your license details, reach out to your Ivanti Account Manager.

The Correlated Incidents tab in the Incident workspace displays all similar incidents that can be viewed by Service Desk users to help them resolve incidents faster improving efficiency.

If the Correlated Incidents tab is not available for you, it is most likely because your Administrator has not set it up for your user role. Reach out to your Administrator to get it set up.

Correlated Incidents tab features

It displays all incidents that are grouped in the same cluster as the one currently viewed.

Parent Incidents in the cluster are marked with the Parent label next to the incident number.

This tab is read-only and cannot edit. To perform any action such as link/unlink or reassign incidents, click the Go To tab to open the Cluster View page where you can make edits.
