Minimum Version: 2023.4.

Key Enhancements

  1. Rounded Corners Styling

    • UI Controls: Rounded corners applied to all UI controls for a smoother, more modern appearance.

    • List View: The Priority and Ticket Progress columns are visually emphasized with rounded corners.

    • Toolbar and Labels: Buttons, tabs, and controls are now styled with rounded edges. The Priority, Response, and Resolution labels are also visually enhanced with rounded corners.

  1. Enhanced Journal Entry

    • Updated Icons: New icons for journal types such as Email and Notes for better clarity and distinction.

  1. Customer Image in Incident View
    • Incident Header Form

      • Displays the Customer Image for quick identification.

      • Highlights the Customer Name, Priority, and Incident Summary for easy access to key information.

  2. Spark UI theme:

    • New Role: Introduced the AdminAUSpark role, which can be assigned to users to access the Spark UI theme.

    • Key Features:

      • Form View: Cells are now highlighted for improved visibility.

      • List View: Selected incidents are highlighted with a blue background for better distinction.

To change the form and list elements of a business object to have rounded corners on fields:

  1. Login as ISM application.

  2. From the Configuration console, click Build > Business Objects.

  3. Select the Business object for which rounded corners needs to be implemented.

  4. Go to Layouts > Click on the layout for which rounded corners must be enabled.

  5. In the View in the layout section, select formView >Edit next to the Main Form: name.

  6. Drag the Command button to Form.

  7. Click Control Properties and change label expression to read $(GetGlobal("RoundedCornersStyling")).

  8. Save the form.

To verify, log in to the and navigate to an Incident record or list view to see the rounded corners.

For Customers On-boarded from version ITSM 2023.3 or greater versions:

Customers on-boarded from version ITSM 2023.3 or greater versions will have these enhancements available by default.

For Customers Onboarded prior to ITSM 2023.3 Version:

Customers onboarded prior to ITSM 2023.3 can import the custom package for the ITSM Classic UI Enhancements via the marketplace.

This package introduces new forms, list and layouts, which can be customized by the customer for their existing configurations.

The package must be applied in the STG/UAT environment first and validated before deploying to PRD.
