Configure quick workflows in ITSM with iPaas integration

Role: Administrators.

Minimum Version: Ivanti Neurons for ITSM 2025.2.

In Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, you can automate actions by using workflows that trigger iPass recipes through Quick Actions.

Create and use a workflow to trigger an iPaas recipe

To streamline IT processes and improve automation efficiency, do the following:

1.To create a workflow, follow the procedure as mentioned in Using workflows in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM guide.

2.Configure the quick actions as mentioned in the Set up quick actions in ITSM with iPaas integration.

When the workflow is triggered, it runs the quick actions, which in turn executes the iPass recipe.
