Configuring Your Profile Settings and Password

Your personal settings, such as a password and profile, help you customize your UI experience.

Prerequisite: To enable Self Service users to change their password, you must first enable the Change Password option in the Configuration Console. Only then will users be able to see the Password option.

To enable the Change Password option:

1.Log in to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM as Administrator.

2.From the Configuration Console, click Users and Permissions> Roles and Permissions. Select Self Service role.

3.Under Branding Options, select Change Password Button checkbox.

4.Click Save.

To change your profile settings and password:

1.Log in to Neurons for ITSM as a Self Service user and click Profile Settings. The Settings page appears.

2.Click General Settings to modify the following details:

•Upload and change the Profile Picture

•Change the language

•Change the Role

The Name field is non-editable.

3.Click Save Changes

4.Click Passsword to change your password. Enter the following details:

•Old Password

•New Password

•Confirm Password

5.Click Update Password.
