Expression Editor

Log in as Administrator.

  1. Select the icon on the toolbar.
    The settings window opens.

  2. In the Settings menu, select Business Objects under Build.

  3. In the Business Objects page, select Incident > Business Rules.

  4. Click Expand Rules.

  5. Either Add a Rule or edit a Business Rule.


  6. In the +Add Rule pop-up:

    1. Select a Field Name from the drop-down menu.

    2. In the Expression field, click the function icon ( ).
      The Edit expression window opens.

    3. Select the appropriate expressions from the Tool Editor.
      The expression selected displays in the editor.

    4. Add a Rule Name and Rule Description.

  7. Select Save.
