FAQ
The FAQ workspace allows you to find answers to frequently asked questions for solutions or workarounds to your problems or queries before raising incidents.
To browse all published FAQs
1.From the workspaces menu, click FAQ. A list of FAQs are displayed.
2.Click on a FAQ to view the information in detail.
To search for a specific FAQ, enter a keyword in the Search Article field (upper-right corner of the page) and click the 
icon or press the ENTER key. The matching results will display.
To filter FAQs by Category
1.From the workspaces menu, click FAQ.
2. Click Filter by , and then select the category for which you to want to view the FAQs.
