Current Idle Time

Definition

The total time the agent spent idling since entering an idling state from a non-idling state; that is, switching to a Ready state from any state but Not Ready, or switching to a Not Ready state from any state other than Ready.

Calculation

Ivanti Voice marks the time each agent changes from the non-idle state, and continuously subtracts that time from the current time.
