Definition
The number of agents currently logged into the contact center.
Calculation
When an agent changes from the Logged Out state, Ivanti Voice increments the value of this statistic.
When an agent changes to the Logged Out state from any other state, Ivanti Voice decrements the value of this statistic.
When an agent is removed from the configuration while being in a Logged In state, Ivanti Voice decrements the value of this statistic.
