Prompt Storage

Prerecorded prompt files should be placed in the C:\Program Files\Ivanti\IP Communications Management\Applications\<application name>\Prompts\<languageID>\Recorded folder. Ivanti Voice automatically encodes the prompt into the required voice format as needed.

If you want to provide your own prompts encoded for each required format, place the files in the C:\Program Files\Ivanti\IP Communications Management\Applications\<application name>\Prompts\<languageID>\<codec> folder.
