Set Service Block

Assigns a preconfigured service type to the call. For information on creating services, refer to Services.

To Configure the Set Service Block:

1.Select a service type in the drop-down list.

2.Click the Update button. The block appears in the flowchart with the label: Set Service to <selected service>.
