478708	[Escalated] Ascena: Calls getting queued for long time. The calls design is now changed to run the execution of the create/modify/delete operations interfacing ISM in multi-threaded mode to avoid queuing.
459896	Ivanti Voice Log Writer Service still running but not functioning. The Log writer service was modified to write logs to a csv file during DB downtime.
480222	Log Filter on Instance ID under Log Viewer not working. The last hyphen which was missing in the Instance ID displayed in the logviewer was added back to fix this issue.
440636	Web statistics giving error 'There are no licenses for web statistics'. The admin portal was modified to read the license usage from Webstatistics server instead of License server.
