Interaction Reports Database Structure

This section describes Ivanti Voice database information related to the storage of interaction data.

The following diagram shows the interaction reports tables and their relationships. Records in the Interactions table may be related to each other. For example, if a call is transferred, the second interaction will be related to the first interaction by the PREV_ID column.
