Configure Phone Groups

Click the entry on the Phone Groups page to configure phone group settings on the Membership Tab and Features Tab.

Membership Tab

To Configure the Phone Group Membership Tab:

1.On the Management Portal menu window, click System Configuration > SIP Soft Switch > Phone Groups. Click the phone group you want to configure.

2.On the Membership tab, configure the following fields:

•Group Number - The extension of the phone group, which you typed on the Phone Groups page. Change this number if needed.

•Group Members - The extensions of the phones to include in this group. Add a phone be typing the extension in the empty field, then click the Add button. Remove phones by clicking the red x icon.

3.Click the Update button to apply your changes.
