Log Out Agents
You might need to log an agent out when a system problem arises.
To Log Out an Agent:
1.In the Management Console, select the Contact Center Server. The Agents and Interactions tabs appear in the right pane.
2.Click the Agents tab to display all configured agents.
3.Right-click the agent you want to log out and select Logout Agent. The agent changes to the Logged Out state.
