Active Calls

The SIP Soft Switch displays the following information for all currently active calls:

•Media type - Indicates the type of call: voice for voice call or csta for CSTA control session, such as those used by integration with Microsoft Live Communication 2005 Server.

•Start Time - The call start time (local).

•Duration - The elapsed time for the call.

•From and To columns - Contain the origination and destination party names respectively, along with current state for each. The call can be terminated by clicking the red x icon.

•Call ID - Displays information that can be used to research that call in the Log Viewer.
