Call History

The SIP Soft Switch displays the 50 most-recent calls.

•Media type - Indicates the type of call: voice for voice call or csta for CSTA control session, such as those used by integration with Microsoft Live Communication 2005 Server.

•Start Time - The call start time (local).

•Duration - The total call time.

•ANI - The calling party name or number.

•DNIS - The called party name or number.

•Status - The result of a call: established, abandoned, or the specific SIP error numeric code if the call was not established.

•Call ID - Displays information that can be used to research that call in the Log Viewer.
