Idle Time

Definition

The total time the agent spent in an idle state during the monitored period.

Calculation

Ivanti Voice tracks each interval starting with an agent changing from the non-idle state to an idle state, and ending with the agent changing to the non-idle state. Ivanti Voice sums up the durations of these intervals for each agent.
