Change Statistic Names on the Statistics Console

The Neutral element determines how Ivanti Voice displays the name of the statistic. Change a statistic name by editing the text within the Neutral element and saving the HostConfiguration.xml file. For example, to change the name of the Total after call work time statistic to Wrap Up Period, change:

<Neutral>Total after call work time</Neutral>

to:

<Neutral>Wrap Up Period</Neutral>
