GoldMine Auto-Schedule Activity Block
Configures the application to post actions and corresponding notes to the contact record Pending Activity tab as scheduled.
This block is for use only with Ivanti Voice/GoldMine configurations. For details, refer to Ivanti Voice/GoldMine Configuration.
The GoldMine Auto-Schedule Activity block has the following settings:
•Label - Change the name of the block if needed to uniquely identify the use of this block in the application flowchart.
•Select activity to auto-schedule - The action the block schedules on the contact record. The drop-down list of actions includes:
•User Name - The ID of the user who handles the call. Type the name of the property which holds the user name as follows: (%UserID%).
•Contact Account Number - The interaction property that holds the account number of the contact. First specify the value you enter as an interaction property that retrieves the contact's account number from the GoldMine database in the GoldMine Search block.
•Contact Name - The interaction property for the name of the contact, found by GoldMine Search block. Specify the value you entered as the interaction property that retrieves the contact's name from the GoldMine database in the GoldMine Search block.
•Make Private - Configures the attendant application to prevent other users from seeing the posted note.
•Notify User - Configures GoldMine to send an email to notify the user about the posted activity.
•Due Date (Days from Current Date) - An integer value specifying the number of days until scheduled activity occurs.
•Due Time (Hours from Current Time) - An integer value specifying the number of hours until scheduled activity occurs.
•Due Time (Minutes from current time) - An integer value specifying the number of minutes until scheduled activity occurs.
•Alarm User - Configures GoldMine to sound a notification alarm before the scheduled activity occurs.
•Alarm Time (Minutes before Due Time) - The time (in seconds) GoldMine will sound a notification alarm before the scheduled activity occurs.
•Activity Code - Text which will be populated in the Activity Code field.
•Notes - The comments the attendant application posts to the contact record Pending Activity tab.
•Reference - Reference to be posted to Reference tab.
•Recorded File - The complete path and file name of the recorded file if the Record block records voice mail from the caller.
When Configuration for this Block is Complete:
•Click the Update button to apply the settings.
