MWI Block

Changes the Message Waiting Indication (MWI) parameters in the MWI database for a specific Ivanti Voice user.

Settings

•Label - Change the name of the block if needed to uniquely identify the use of this block in the application flowchart. You can use interaction properties enclosed in percent (%) signs.

•User ID (Required) - The ID of the user whose MWI the block sets. You can use interaction properties enclosed in percent (%) signs.

•User E-mail (Required) - The email of the user whose MWI the block sets. You can use interaction properties enclosed in percent (%) signs.

•Message ID (Required) - The ID of the message that set the MWI. You can use interaction properties enclosed in percent (%) signs.

•Action (Required) - The way in which the block updates the MWI:

•Increment - The block increments user’s new voice mail counter in the MWI DB.

•Decrement - The block decrements user’s new voice mail counter in the MWI DB.

•Update - The block sets the user’s new voice mail counter in the MWI DB to the value you specify in the New Voice Mail Count field.

When Configuration for this Block is Complete:

•Click the Update button to apply the settings.
