Set Interaction Property Block

Sets the value of an interaction property.

The value of the property can be text or JavaScript code that Ivanti Voice interprets when selecting the application for the call. Entering JavaScript code is useful for setting a numeric value without the voice application quoting the value as a string.

Settings

The Set Property block has the following settings:

•Interaction Property Name (Required) - Enter the name of interaction property you want to set.

•Interaction Property Value (Required) - Enter the value to which you want to set the interaction property.

•Value is (Required) - Specify whether the value you enter is text or JavaScript.

When Configuration for this Block is Complete:

•Click the Update button to apply the settings.
