ASR Adapter Connectivity Settings

If you are using an automatic speech recognition (ASR) application, configure Ivanti Voice to connect to the ASR application.

To Connect to an ASR Application:

1.Click Management Portal > System Configuration > Voice Server > Advanced Configuration. The Advanced Configuration page opens.

2.Click the ASR tab. The ASR application settings appear.

3.Verify the following fields are correct, or change these settings if you relocate the files:

•ASR Engine mode - Indicate if your ASR engine is local (on the same computer as the Ivanti Voice server), remote (on another computer), or disabled.

•Local Parameters File - If your ASR engine is local, enter the path to the ASR parameters file.

•Remote Parameters File - If your ASR engine is remote, enter the network path to the ASR parameters file.

•VAD Parameters File - Enter the path to the ASR VAD file.

4.Click the Update and Commit Changes buttons to enact your changes.
