Ivanti Voice Configuration with other Ivanti, Inc. Products

If you are configuring Ivanti Voice to work with HEAT, GoldMine CE or PE, or Foundation (ITSM, CSM, and GMEE), leave the Agent Dashboard Dashboard Options settings at the default of VPCC.GenericConnector.1.

If you are using the Web Screenpop block in a voice application, leave the Agent Dashboard Dashboard Options settings at the default of VPCC.GenericConnector.1. Refer to Web Screenpop Block for details.

To Configure the Agent Dashboard for Ivanti Voice/HEAT Web-based Call Logging:

  1. Open the Agent Dashboard and log in.
  2. Select File>Dashboard Options. The Dashboard Options dialog box opens.
  3. On the General tab, in the Connector COM ProgID field, select VPCC.HEATWebUIConnector.

If you do not see this option listed, contact Ivanti, Inc. Support.

  1. Click the Apply and OK buttons. Restart the Agent Dashboard. When the agent logs into the Agent Dashboard, HEAT Web-based Call Logging will start automatically.
