Additional Contact Center Configurations

The Advanced Configuration page for the Contact Center server enables you to configure a variety of settings, including:

System-Wide Agent Settings: Configure the WrapUp Timeout option, Not Ready reason settings, and agent audit settings for all agents system-wide.

Allow Default Extension Override: Allow Voice Toolbar users to use an extension other than their user-assigned extension.

Server Name Change Option: Change the name of the Contact Center server.

Auto-Start Option: Set the Contact Center server to start automatically.
