Software Requirements
Ivanti Voice uses and can integrate with other software on your host computer. Some of these must be installed prior to installing Ivanti Voice. These include:
- Desktop Experience: Required for installation using Windows SQL Server 2012, R2 or Windows 7.
- Ivanti Neurons for ITSM: Ivanti Voice doesn't require Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, but if you plan to use these programs together, install Ivanti Neurons for ITSM before you install Ivanti Voice.
- GMEE: GMEE will overwrite existing data in Ivanti Voice, and that data can not be restored; therefore, you must install GMEE before Ivanti Voice.
- Microsoft SQL Server: You must install and configure Microsoft SQL Server and create an empty database prior to installing Ivanti Voice.
- Windows Server 2012: Complete all updates in sequential order before installing Ivanti Voice. You can learn more about these updates here.
- Windows 7: Install the “Update for Microsoft Windows” set up to KB3184143 prior to installing Ivanti Voice.
Ivanti Voice will not support Windows 7 after January 2023.
- Windows Server 2016: No specific prerequisites.
- Windows 10: No specific prerequisites.
