Agent Dashboard Configuration
A Contact Center agent workstation consists of a computer running the Agent Dashboard and a SIP phone (either a SIP-enabled desktop phone or a softphone running on the computer). Contact centers have multiple agent workstations so agents can work simultaneously. Set up each agent workstation as described in this topic. The Agent Dashboard implements the built-in SIP softphone.
Running the Contact Center requires additional licenses.
