Auto-Start Option
You can also use the Management Portal to configure the Contact Center server to start automatically.
To Set the Contact Center Server to Auto-start:
1.Click the Advanced Configuration feature link on the Management Portal Contact Center Server tab. The Advanced Configuration page opens.
2.In the Auto Start field, select yes if you want the Contact Center server to start automatically; select no if you do not.
3.Click the Update and Commit Changes buttons to enact your changes.
Ivanti, Inc. recommends you configure the Contact Center server to auto start: auto start is enabled by default.
