Additional Contact Center Configurations
The Advanced Configuration page for the Contact Center server enables you to configure a variety of settings, including:
•System-Wide Agent Settings: Configure the WrapUp Timeout option, Not Ready reason settings, and agent audit settings for all agents system-wide.
•Allow Default Extension Override: Allow Voice Toolbar users to use an extension other than their user-assigned extension.
•Server Name Change Option: Change the name of the Contact Center server.
•Auto-Start Option: Set the Contact Center server to start automatically.
