Back Up Configuration Files Option

You can use the Management Portal to back up the following files:

•HostConfiguration.xml file - A file that stores all configuration settings for Ivanti Voice.

•SipServerConfiguration.xml file - a file that stores SIP Soft Switch dial plan configuration.

•AppSelector.xml file - A file that stores all configuration information for the Application Selector (refer to Voice Application Selection for information on the Application Selector).

To Create a Backup:

1.On the Management Portal menu window, click System Configuration > Host > Backup Configuration Files. The Backup Configuration Files page opens.

2.Click the Backup button. A File Download dialog box opens.

3.Click the Save button. The Save As dialog box opens.

4.Browse to the location where you want to save the backup copy and click the Save button. Ivanti Voice copies the files to that location.
