Features Tab

To Configure the Phone Group Features Tab:

1.On the Features tab, configure the following fields:

•Enable call pickup in this group - Select Enable to let users answer calls coming into this group by dialing the Call pickup group number from any phone in the group (the call pickup group number is configured on the Special Numbers page). Select Disable to require users to physically answer the ringing phone to answer calls coming into this phone group.

•Enable call hunt in this group - Select Enable to let the SIP Soft Switch route calls to phones in this group when a caller dials the phone group extension. Select Disable to prevent the SIP Soft Switch from routing calls to any extension when a caller dials the extension of the group.

2.Click the Update button to apply your changes.
