Allow Default Extension Override

You can allow a Voice Toolbar user to designate an extension other than their user-assigned extension:

•Select Yes to override the user default extension.

•Select No to prevent the user from overriding the user default extension.

The Voice Toolbar is available with some FRS applications integrated with Ivanti Voice, such as ITSM Enterprise and ITSM SaaS.
