Special Numbers
To Configure the Special Numbers Settings:
1.On the Management Portal menu window, click System Configuration > SIP Soft Switch > Special Numbers. The Special Numbers page opens, on which you can verify or change the following settings:
•Override class of service prompt - The extension users dial to access a prompt that lets them enter authorization codes for overriding the COR of the phone they are using.
•User login on DN prompt - The extension Ivanti Voice users dial to access a prompt that lets them login to the phone.
•User logout on DN prompt - The extension Ivanti Voice users dial to access a prompt that lets them logout of the phone.
•Music DN - The extension to which Ivanti Voice users park calls. This extension continuously plays hold music.
•Call pickup group - The extension Ivanti Voice users dial to answer calls coming into other phones in the phone group to which they belong.
•Call pickup directed - The extension Ivanti Voice users dial to answer calls coming into other phones, including phones in phone groups to which they do not belong. The user dials this number and inputs the number of the ringing extension to retrieve the call. This feature is commonly used by businesses that let employees answer calls to the receptionist’s phone after hours.
•Call pickup from parking orbit - The extension Ivanti Voice users dial to retrieve a parked call. To retrieve the call, the user dials this extension and enters the extension of the phone used to park the call.
2.Click the Update button to apply your changes.
