Active Calls
The SIP Soft Switch displays the following information for all currently active calls:
•Media type - Indicates the type of call: voice for voice call or csta for CSTA control session, such as those used by integration with Microsoft Live Communication 2005 Server.
•Start Time - The call start time (local).
•Duration - The elapsed time for the call.
•From and To columns - Contain the origination and destination party names respectively, along with current state for each. The call can be terminated by clicking the red x icon in these columns. The red x button at the right top of the table can be used to terminate stray calls. (Calls not cleared since the SIP client involved in the call is either killed or not reachable).
•Call ID - Displays information that can be used to research that call in the Log Viewer.
