The number of agents that are logged into the contact center but unavailable to take calls.
Calculation
When an agent changes to the Not Ready state, Ivanti Voice increments the value of this statistic.
When an agent changes from the Not Ready state, Ivanti Voice decrements the value of this statistic.
When an agent is removed from the configuration while in the Not Ready state, Ivanti Voice decrements the value of this statistic.
