Reports
The Reports section enables you to create reports that contain data taken from Ivanti Neurons that you can use or distribute as PDF, CSV, or Excel files to people who do not have access to the system.
Click Reports > My Reports to see a list of reports that have already been created. Reports have one of the following statuses:
- Scheduled: The report has been requested and is in a queue waiting to be built.
- In Progress: The report is being built.
- Complete: The report is ready for viewing and downloading.
- Failed: The report failed to build. Click View Details to display the Report Details dialog to see more information and to click Restart Report to run the report again.
To download and view a report, click its Report Name in the list. To view detailed information about the report, click alongside it, then click View Details. To delete a report, click

Important notes
-
Devices that have not been patch scanned for 390 days are not included in the reports.
-
For missing patches, the reports include both superseded and non-superseded patches.
-
Filter to extract missing patches helps to quickly identify and address gaps in the patching process.
-
If a device transitions from managed to unmanaged, the reports display the last status when it was managed.
-
Reports with large datasets may require additional time to generate, and if the dataset is too large, the report might fail to generate. If this happens, apply device or patch filters to narrow the dataset.
-
Devices are combined using full joins within each filter. However, between the individual filters, only devices present in all filters are reported (that is, an inner join). If no filters are selected, all devices are reported.
-
Similarly, patches are combined using full joins within each filter. However, between the individual filters, only patches present in all filters are reported (that is, an inner join). If no filters are selected, all patches are reported.
-
For Monthly Maintenance Reports, we report only on successful deployments. If the same patch is successfully deployed multiple times on the same device within a single day, only the final deployment is recorded and counted.
-
For Deployment History Reports, if the same patch is deployed multiple times on the same device over different days, only the most recent status is reported.
-
Device deletions are synced daily. If a device is deleted at 9 AM and a report is generated at 10 AM, the report will still include the deleted device. However, if the sync occurs at 11 AM, any report generated after 11 AM will not show the deleted device.

The date and time used are in UTC.
