You can create user profiles on the Management Portal Users page (Management Portal > System Configuration > Users). Once created, the profile is configured on a series of tabs accessed by clicking the user Login name link.

Ivanti Voice has four default users for testing purposes, including two agents (John and Peter), a manager with Quality Management privileges (if your Ivanti Voice installation has a license for Quality Management features), and an administrator with all privileges. You can delete these default users when running Ivanti Voice in a production environment.

For security reasons, if you retain the default admin user, Ivanti recommends you change the password of the admin user before going live in a production environment.
