Start the DSMC

Please familiarize yourself with the DSMC’s user interface. These are the views you will find in the DSMC:

• Infrastructure view
  In this view you’ve already configured the Central Management Point. Here, you will execute all extensions and changes to the DSM infrastructure later on; this includes additional Management Points, depots and repositories, that can be “hooked“ to the regions and sites.
  
  
• Organization view
  In this view you can find the Software Library where you can create and manage different packages.
  In this view you can also find the DSM Organization Tree with the managed computers and users. Here you can import organizational data from an external directory structure (e.g. Active Directory) or create your own structure with OUs and groups.
