Migration of Legacy Clients
Please choose whether you want to manage old NetInstall 5.8 or enteo 6.2 clients in your new DSM environment. If you do, you cannot use the advanced password encryption procedures on the DSM clients that are new in DSM 2015.1.
If you are not using old clients any more, the new encryption is activated.
- Contact the Support for more information on changing the encryption method later.
