Troubleshooting with HEAT DSM
Ivanti DSM consists of numerous program modules with different tasks. Every module writes one log file (or several log files) that allows you to check actions and errors that may occur during execution.
The following information can be derived from the systematic evaluation of the log files: Information on
- the active program component
- the execution of an action
- the error that caused a problem.
Also, the log file allows you to provide detailed information for Support (e.g. via e-mail).
