See also: Installing and Starting the DSM Client

/Install /Bin /Force

Installs the DSM Client completely. The files are also installed if they are already up-to-date.
The same functionality is implemented in the program file installclient.exe.

/start:<Programm>
[/<Parameter>]

Updates the local program files and then starts the indicated DSM Program...
- local if it is contained in the list of local program files;
- otherwise from the depot

/start:.

/start:logs

Opens the directory with the local log files

/start:bin

Opens the directory with the local DSM Program files

/relocate

To be used together with /start:; forces the DSM Agent to recheck the network status of the client. Necessary when changing back and forth from "work offline" to "work on data transmission network".

/IS/ESICORE

Installs the DSM Core Service

/IS/ERSUP

Installs the DSM Runtime Service

[/wksta:[<WS-Name>]

Can only be used together with /IS: Executes the service action on the remote computer <WS-Name> (in the same site)

/NWCM

A “normal” launch of the DSM Agent never results in a new login on the depot.
With the parameter /NWCM the DSM Agent instead reads the login information from the configuration (ICDB) and logs on to the depot using the DSM Runtime Service account. The DSM Agent can thus also be started if the user is logged into an account that has no rights on the depot , e. g. a local user account.

/NWCM can be used with all other NiAgnt32 parameters
