Showing Log Files

Use this task to display the DSM Log files of a managed computer.
For this purpose, the respective local directory of the computer is opened in the Windows Explorer on the DSMC workstation.

Ivanti DSM automatically provides the required rights to open the directory if the user owns the right to execute the Open Client Log Files task.

How to display the computer's log files:

1. Select the respective computer in the Object window.
2. Choose the task Troubleshooting > Show log files.
