This is how to view the distribution status:

  1. Select the desired package in the Software Library.
  2. Choose the View Distribution Status task.

    The Distribution Monitor is opened.

The following buttons allow you to filter the distribution targets displayed:
Show or hide regions in the display
Show or hide sites in the display
Show or hide depots in the display
    Updates the display

The table of distribution targets contains the following columns:
    Target
The distribution target for the jobs within this package. The text in parentheses indicates whether the copy is located in the working directory or the installation directory (Work or Install.
    Status
Status of the distribution to the target. The DSMC reads the appropriate values from the package's status file. THe meaning of the displayed status is explain in the table below.
    Version
Version number of the project on the target in question.
    Last Modified
Last update (distribution) of the project on this target.
    Status Line
The status line displays statistics relating to the execution of the distribution job.

The individual objects within the site structure, from which the site structure is created, as well as all currently subordinated objects can be displayed for every site group. You cannot filter the display of the site groups themselves.

If distribution was stopped because the period of time permitted for project distribution was exceeded, you must define a new period for the job in order to continue the distribution process.
If distribution was stopped because the replication timeframe for the distribution process was inadequate, distribution will be resumed automatically in the next timeframe.
