Definition

The function returns the language identifier for the user UI language for the current user in a variable. If the current user has not set a language, it returns the preferred language set for the system.

Results are 'D' (German), 'E' (English), 'F' (French), 'S' (Spanish) and 'P' (Portuguese). All other languages are issued as 'E' (English).
