Infrastructure Settings (Virtualization)

You can control the automatic inventory of the virtual objects in the Virtual Environments system container in the configuration table.

In the Infrastructure view you can customize the following settings in the context of the ORG in the Virtualization section:

• Polling Interval

  Please specify here how often the inventory will be performed for the virtual objects. By default, the system performs an inventory every 30 minutes.

  In bigger virtualization environments performing an inventory may take several minutes. Make sure that the polling intervals do not overlap. This will prevent the Business Logic Auxiliary Service from permanently trying to perform an inventory.

• Timeframe

  Please specify the times when you want to allow inventory in general. By default, inventory is always permitted.
