HEAT MDM: Web Service User

Description:

Ivanti HEAT MDM user for the automatic update of mobile devices.

During the automatic update, DSM uses the Web Service to access the device data in Ivanti HEAT MDM. The Web Service needs a user authentication for this purpose.
The user must own the Web Service right in HEAT MDM for all organizations whose data is transferred to DSM.

Best Practice:
Create a role used specifically for MDM Integration and assign the right Web Service to this role.
This allows you to assign the respective user to the corresponding role.
